We regret that we are unable to accept dogs (excepting assistance dogs) or any other pets within the property.
A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total value of the reservation is payable when booking, either by credit or debit card.
Bookings are taken on the understanding that any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a charge equivalent to the first nights reserved accommodation. We would recommend that guests have suitable cancellation / holiday insurance to cover for such an eventuality.
Check-in is between 1600hrs & 2100hrs. Please note that we will only accept courier delivered baggage by prior arrangement only, restricted delivery times apply.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, Solo and Delta cards. Please be aware that a 3% bank handling charge is applied to all credit card transactions where payment is made either in full or for any outstanding balance, we do not make this charge for deposit payments.
